Product details
Stevia is naturally sweeter than sugar. So, like many zero-calorie sweeteners, it is blended with maltodextrin. This helps create the perfect balance of sweetness, making it easier to both pour and measure.
Each Serving Contains Less than 2 Calories which the FDA Considers Dietetically Zero.
Rooted in Brooklyn, the In The Raw® sweetener family business began long before the natural food movement. Since introducing our original Sugar In The Raw® turbinado sugar in 1970, we have branched out into other sweetener sources found in nature giving us Agave In The Raw® nectar, Monk Fruit In The Raw® sweetener, and of course Stevia In The Raw® sweetener. That leads us to this Bakers Bag of zero-calorie Stevia In The Raw®: one cup equals the sweetness of one cup of sugar. It’s a simple swap! So you can enjoy indulgent treats while reducing calories. How sweet is that?
It’s a Piece of Cake
Baking with Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag formula is easy because it measures exactly the same as sugar. For best results, replace half the sugar that is called for in cakes, cookies, brownies, blondies and all kinds of baked goods recipes. Why only half? Keeping half the sugar is important for moisture, browning and rising. So give it a try and turn your baked goods into baked greats with fewer calories.

Queen cee –
I’ve tried several brands of Stevia, but this is the one my wife and I prefer. I don’t know if all or any of the storied evils of artificial sweeteners are true or just scary rumors. With Stevia, a natural product, we don’t have to worry about that. There is a bulking agent (dextrose or maltodextrin), but the sweetening agent is from the leaf of the stevia plant. Stevia in the Raw does not have the bitterness of pure stevia that some find off-putting. We like the handy single serve paper pouches because they are easier to use than bulk. Some other stevia products we have tried use plastic or metalized paper for their pouches, but these thin paper ones have less environmental impact.
